The colours and materials used had to reflect the origin of the food which is “green” organic and very fresh. We kept to the green colour and natural wood and “apple box” crates for the deli. Transparent green chairs, upside down plants and vinyl wall art by Daniel Ting Chong added a young and contemporary feel.
The white room was kept neutral with transparent ghost chairs to create a neutral back ground for any function.
The lounge with the private dining area is a nod to the 1950’s and 1960’s eras.
